First, you shouldn't file bankruptcy if you just spent
$30,000 worth of credit cards on shopping and don't want
to pay your bills. A lot of people think of bankruptcy
as a way to get out of paying their debts. However, it
stays on your record for 7 to 10 years, and can affect
your credit severely during that time. Another reason
that you shouldn't file bankruptcy is if you haven't
checked out your other options. There are many different

people who haven't quite reached the point of bankruptcy
yet. However, those people don't often realize that they
